It's great for newborns, nursing moms, and it carries heavy toddlers exceptionally well. Designed for comfortable use from birth to 35 lbs. Most people will use a Medium sling. Very petite people, e.g. 5'2" and 100 lbs, may use a Small. Larger moms and dads, e.g. size 20, will use a Large. The length of the sling changes with each size up by about 6 inches. The width is the same for all sizes, measuring 25 inches.
