Sizing considerations, it is always fine to size up if you are going to be doing more complicated carries that require more fabric. For example, the Tibetan Carry uses more fabric. Long tails look elegant trailing at your hip and if they bother you, you can simply hem the wrap shorter or buy a smaller size.
