We were very excited about this product and put it on our registry for Buy Buy Baby we even registered for a waist extender. Only to find out that the extender we purchased does not go to this product, nor do they make one. So we've thrown out the packaging and can't use the product and that's 60 dollars down the drain. We called Evenflo to find out if we could order one from their website and they basically said tough luck. We bought an Evenflo carseat and we'll be returning that w/ the recipt and getting a different product line since Evenflo is unhelpful. It's really shameful that they don't recongize families come in all shapes and sizes.

The specifications for this product say that it can fit a baby up to 32lbs?? Our baby is only 4 months old and weighs only 14lbs. This carrier squeezed him so hard he started screaming and there is no adjustment front to back on the fabric compartment that actually goes around the baby. When I called customer support they were rude and put me on hold for well over 15 minutes. The young lady couldnt find the model number. Be aware that you basically have one week to return this thing. Now were stuck with it. Maybe we did something wrong or missed an adjustment but it's doubtful. There's not many adjustments for this product. I guess you just need to have a really really skinny baby.

The specifications for this product say that it can fit a baby up to 32lbs; Our baby is only 5 months old and weighs only 19 lbs. This carrier IS GREAT! It adjusts to fit our baby in front by the legs. I bought this at babies r us. Now were stuck with it. I really liked it and we used it up until 4 mos b/c my husband lost some pieces. This product is the safest there is.
