Hotslings Coffee Shop Sling, Brown/White, Size 3

I have a 4 week old son and i wanted to nurse him around the house hands free because he will want me to nurse him all day! so i get the hotslings and its horrible. its uncomfortable for both of us, i tried so many times but it looks like it will give him back problems. he likes to stiffen his legs out especially when he is fussy and trying to get him into the thing makes him fussy. in the end i have to hold him up in some way when he wants to nurse and the whole thing is just awkward! i really want it to work especially at this age but its not. i WAS excited about this but it just has gotten us frustrated. i do think it might work when he is bigger and i can do the side carry. but i'm considering returning the item.

I use this sling daily. My son is 3 weeks old and it really seems to soothe him when he's fussy. Usually he goes to sleep within 5-10 minutes. It's also really handy for grocery shopping with an infant and toddler.
