Lite-on-Shoulder Pouch/rings Hybrid sling(Brocade- Waverly)

I had another sling with my son and decided to try this one with my daughter. I was amazed at how light this one is compared to my old sling - it doesn't hurt my shoulder or back at all. I do like the light padding of the pouch. Unlike the other reviewer, I have no problem tightening it as much as I need - I just pull the padded part through the ring and it allows me to tighten as much as I like. My daughter loves to sit in the sling and it allows me to get things done and hold her at the same time.

My only gripe, and its a minor one, is that the color is not what I expected. In the pictures it appears to have a purple tint to it, however, the sling is more brown than anything.

Overall, a really nice ring sling that I would recommend to anyone.

I wanted a cheap ring sling for my infant. I know ring slings can typically be used for a long time, from infancy to toddlerhood, so I was excited to see one so cheap.

It is awesome quality. Tough fabric, nice solid rings, appropriate padding and the pattern was beautiful.

My only gripe however, is actually a pretty big one. Because the sling builds in a pouch, it makes it less ideal for infants. The pouch is too big for my 8lb, 1 month old daughter. Other slings you can tighten, but because of the constructed padding, you can't in this one. I think it'll be a great product when she gets a little bigger, but right now she kind of gets lost in the pouch. Sometimes the more basic construction is better.
