This is a new product to the U.S. from the UK. I found it's designed well with a very flexible back adjustment. I'm 5'0" and the minimum height for this is 5'2". I put my 22lbs baby and walked around the house with no problems. In comparison, the Kelty TC 2.0 made my shoulders ache after only 30 minutes. I also felt like the baby was comfortable and safe in the seat. The extra grab handles offer lots of ways to put on the pack. The only thing I was not used to was the change in my center of gravity because the child sits high up. I love that the sun hood is included and neatly tucks into the storage compartment.If I could find a similar fit adjustment system I'd love to get it. Comfort-wise this is great. But this carrier is just too big looking for someone of my stature. On someone 6'0" this probably looks fine.
