This item is large enough to wrap an entire stroller. It's misleading to make it appear as though it is meant for a car carrier. It of course can fit a car carrier but not snuggly it's loose and falls down onto the baby due to it's enourmous size. It does however in its form protect against bugs... but really ... it's HUGE.
