I find that this one is a little hard to get used to, but once I figured it out, I can admit that it is a great buy. I still prefer the pouch to this, but recognize that this is much more versatile. I think I used it until she was about 3 months old then I transitioned to a back pack type carrier. She really enjoyed being close to her mommy and I was able to comfort her and keep her close to me. She usually fell asleep when I put her in it. Would recommend this sling. I especially loved the zipper pouch for your cell phone or whatever. The only trouble has been getting the sleeping baby out to put her down in bed. I thought the maya would be easier for this but I couldn't figure out how to make it work for us even after watching the instructional videos. It also hurt my shoulder and the fabric irritated my little girl. We gave up and returned it and now we used the kangaroo hold in the moby to put the baby to bed. |
